We specialize in developing business simulations using digital twins to create a sandbox for testing business scenarios and analyze operational optimizations. The simulations help you answer difficult questions about how to best structure aspects of you business before committing to the expensive real world changes.  


Another specialty is modeling key metrics into a single score that is an accurate descriptor of the health of your business, a process, or performance of key teams. It is like a Grade Point Average number for your business in real-time.
